This is a 1960’s era (1963 release), Brown Stem (the more desirable) version, released during the run of the Universal animated TV Show, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends, that ran on ABC-TV from 1959 to 1964. It is marked with pat. #2.620.061 and "Made in Austria" on the side. Bullwinkle Pez is in very nice overall condition. It has great color, no cracks, strong spring. Almost no wear. Hard to find, made in Austria version, patent # 2.620.061 with die-cut Minnie Mouse yellow over red stem. This variation has an all black head with no paint or the die cut face. There is a scratch down the front but it is not a crack and a tiny break on the Minnie Mouse cut out.
