this item was offered exclusively in the Montgomery Ward Christmas catalog and I think it was just one year--either 1969 or 1970. You could not buy it in stores and it was not sold by the PEZ Company either. Dispensers are mostly Disney--Capt Hook, Practical Pig, Pluto, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and then a Golden Glow regular. All items are very early issue----2.6 no IMC with metal head springs. Golden Glow is in amazingly good shape with some minor flaking from being inserted into the stand. Condition is excellent fully functional condition with no chips, cracks or melts, but, as is true with many of these older Golden Glow Pez, the "glow" has worn down, as shown in the photos. Up for auction is a pair of 2.6 Austria Regular no-feet vintage Pez dispensers. These dispensers have good springs and display well, however they each have their issues: the yellow/black dispenser’s stem is in decent shape being free of any chips, cracks or melts but it’s candy-kicker is broken/missing. And the Golden Glow premium dispenser is physically not in bad shape but it’s “gold plating” has some substantial wear/missing paint.
