The story behind the Disney softheads is that the heads were made in Hong Kong in the 1970s, presumably by the same company that made the Eerie Spectres and DC Superheroes softheads. Pez had several sets of prototype heads made of 6 Disney characters (Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Goofy, Captain Hook and Dumbo).
