For your consideration is a Beautiful Witch C PEZ Mint in Original Cello Bag. She sits on an orange 3.4 Austrian stem with IMC=3. Nice green head with red hair and black hat. The pez appears to be mint. The bag overall is very nice. It's a little crinkly, but clean. The ends are crinkled down and up from sitting in a closed display box for decades. There are no big holes, or rips that I could see. There's just a couple of tiny holes at the bottom. You have to look really close to find them.
