eBay This is an excellent condition vintage PEZ toy candy dispenser from the 1970s. It is called Yappy Dog. It has a yellow body and green head with all the ears, eyes, and nose. There are no cracks or chips or melted spots anywhere. It is marked Made in Austria and on the very top of the yellow body just above the P, there are numbers 4 and 3.
